Dark Crusader Mail

Any idea what monster drops these? Basil hasn't updated monster drops so I can't find out what monster drops them.
If anyone in bera has one, please find me ingame.

Thank you! Also, do i have to be a certain level for the monster to drop the item? I can't remember the last time i went to search for an item x_x.
