By a mile. Five piece empress doesn't even offer the boss%/30 watk boost. If we were talking full set, it'd be closer if we were comparing based on the stat effects of these sets alone (i.e. 4 piece set effect vs 7 piece empress comes pretty close based on set effects alone, with the exception of 30% bossing on the weapon).

The main reason CRA is such a good equip set is because of its ability to allow Tyrants. Tyrants offer a huge damage boost on top of the CRA boosts.

It's not that much better, yes, you get more slots for dojo, tyrants, nova or whatever, but unless you can afford them and enhance them, no point in rushing to upgrade

transposing would cost even MORE than those possibilities, since you have to have one of each piece to be able to transpose. Also, theres no point to him transposing since all of his emp is clean. He'd be better off just buying the SW equips.

OT: Yes, CRA is much better due to what the guy i quoted said at the top.
Dojo gloves, tyrant cape belt and shoes, meister shoulder + set?. Also, with CRA you have 2 things that you can potential and scroll that go on your body (top and bottom) instead just the overall, so you're basically doubling the possibilities of good stats when comparing those two

RA is way better. Transposing is an option, but keep in mind you need the SW item itself, and transposing have a very low sucess rate
