Most classes in this game are quite nimble. However, that does't mean that their skills flow fast and smoothly which I assume is what you're looking for.

[b]Dual Blades[/b] are famous for their mobility and skill combinations that flow fluidly. I'm not positive about survivability though, the last time I played one was during the Chaos patch.

[b]Demon Avengers[/b] have extremely high HP, and despite the fact that almost all of their skills use HP it gets replenished frequently without the use of HP pots. They also have the ability to glide around maps, making them quite agile. However, I found them to be very clunky pre-4th job.

[b]Zero[/b] is a worthy mention, although currently uncreatable for a looooonnnggg time. Assuming you are constantly tagging and using combos efficiently their playstyle is as smooth as butter.

Shadowers are very mobile and capable of surviving.

Mobile and high survivability would be Demon.

To be honest, Dual Blades. I literally never get damaged by anything, it becomes like that at one point. They are MP consuming though. They're also the most mobile. People say Xenons are mobile, but, they're not. Neither is Luminous. I think they're only looking at the Avoidability part and not mobility. Dual Bladers are faster than Xenons or Shadowers. But Xenons and shadowers have a longer "ranged"? skillset in one spot. DB is your best class for Avoidability and Mobility. Their DPS isn't too great, but, it's okay. Pretty decent.

I love how everyone who posted in this thread listed something different. Everyone who posted on this thread is correct. Almost every character at this point is a good choice except for:

Sengoku
Mihile
Jett

shadower has tons of ways to not get hit or just block alot of the damage from getting in. Meso guard
shadower has flash jump and can even activate it twice in the air.

Kaiser or Xenon.
