Help losing weight.

I'm gonna be pure honest with you guys. I need help losing weight. I AM going to run but I can't since it is winter so right now I am just trying my brothers weight set ( starting off with 20pounds ) I currently weigh 180-190 pounds... So I need some good exercises to do in-door. All I have right now are some weights and a twister
I also cannot go to gyms because mine is too far now.

EDIT: I am trying my best ( dieting, exercising and more )

EDIT2:I am 14 years old. I just hate getting made fun of. Luckily I have made loyal friends giving me inspiration

No, I mean that word:

I know it's not wrong, but that word just really, really, really irritates me.
the injury is what i was refering to obviously.
But risk of injury isn't related to age, it's related to your technique.
If you have finished puberty and your growth spurts this is true. However, most 14 year olds don't fit that profile, and can cause damage.
Again completely untrue, nothing but myths and old wives tales.
Completely untrue on a physiological level. Yes you can damage yourself from incorrect technique, but there is nothing that suggest that weight lifting in early teens is detrimental to you.
5 sets of 20 pushups,situps,squats,etc a 3 times a week.
The other 2 spend them running.

Seriously, cardio's the surefire way to lose weight.

Just do some cardio. Running, speed walking... You gotta lose your fat first and THEN do some toning.. AKA working out at the gym, push ups, sit ups, crunches. Doing just push ups and crunch's won't get rid of your fat but build up more muscle from underneath the fat and it will make you look more chubs. So what I suggest is just eat healthier, cut down calories, drink LOTS of water to get rid of sodium(which makes you chubs) and do cardio at least 3 times a week. Start from a 20 minute jog and build your way up and in no time you'll cut down on your size!

Good luck bro

If you're 14 you shouldn't be lifting weights. High chance of damaging growth plates.

Eating less and exercising will 100% of the time kick you into better shape (until you hit that plateau from getting used to your routine). Keep it up!

Wouldn't push-ups and crutches be the obvious solution?

cardio other than running (stuff like jumping jacks, jump rope, running in place, mountain climbers, jump squats)
