Please help me! (Xbox 360)

Hi, Someone on xbox live has been annoying me way too much and he will not leave me alone. He also gets pissed off easily. So I'm asking you(yes you) Basilers to help a fellow basiler and file a complaint on him
His GT is : NENADZ

I've had way too much of his BS... -_-
