Should I start over?
Well I was permabanned on my main account in Bellocan for misconduct (apparently being AFK is misconduct). I've submitted a ticket, 2 weeks in Nexon hasn't replied and all it says is "Ran Alert: Email Notification Sent" or something along those lines. Anyway I have nothing to do all summer and feel like playing MS should I start over?

Actually I heard people are getting banned for no reason
1. Phantom, NL (If you play for fun, but they will have a revamp so it's good) OR Xenon,Kaiser (If damage is more important to you)

1) Any OP class. WA would be a good choice, considering how OP it is after Revamp, and %dex is fairly cheap (?)
2) ElNido would be a good choice, but I think Renegades could be a good choice.
