I guess a Roselia. Roserade is pretty fast and has good SpAtk. You catch one on Route.....uh....7? I forgot already.

I picked up a Charmander from him instead, I was wondering whether there is a way to get all 3 original starters?
Skiddo isn't that bad. Haven't really battled with it much though.
