Hm MW or Concentrate?
Since concentrate now stacks with attack pots and gives an extremely nice +36 atk at max level I'm curious if I should start maxing that after I get 30 hurricane? (current stats 30 Se, 22 Hurri, 10 Marksmenship, 30BE, 1 phoenix 0 concentrate, 0 mw. I took out my mw because of the fact that so many other classes have it when I go on boss runs and what the point of having it if someone else does right? Currently lvl 150.

I kinda agree with this. SE is one of the core reasons we are needed. It increases your MAX CRIT DMG which is great.
get Concentrate, like others said everyone has MW, thats 1 less buff to cast.
I level'd up to lvl 151 yesterday and I ended up putting 2 into hurricane (totalling to 24) and 1 into concentrate to see if it stacks. It does indeed stack and increases my dmg range by +6 atk for 2 mins. That's pretty amazing for a lvl 1 skill imo. So at the moment I have 30 SE, 30 BE, 10 Marksmenship, 24 Hurricane, 1 Phoenix, 1 Concentrate and I'm going to continue putting 2 points into hurricane and 1 into concentrate till I max hurri
