Well you're only lvl 100 which means you have half the raw dex of a lvl 200
So you're %dex isn't as effective at the moment
You could get Thunder Breaker / Buccaneer mules.

Assuming you are still 101 it may not make much of a difference. I agree with Sanju.
well if I were to judge based on your basil level then yea like others said, it does not matter right now. Once you keep leveling and get more dex you will see it will make more of a difference, (as well as other skills that will help with the range) so don't worry about it
Don't worry, as you get more dex as you level that 40% will do a lot more for you
