Two pendant of the spirits
I was told that there is nothing to worry about but I want to make sure by hearing from others. As most of you know, you can no longer equip two pendant of the spirits on your character, unless you kept them on since the change like me. My question is, if the pendant slot expired, will you still be able to keep the other pendant on after you renew the slot?

If it expires you should be fine as long as you dont remove it. If pend slots expire it just goes red and wont use the stats but keeps it in there
Are the pendants in the FM permanent?
@iGodPunch: Yea i changed the job of my ice lightning to a bishop and it's secondary was still equipped, but glowed red since it doesn't work. Also i had that grand athens double slot for 14 days, and when it expired my pendant was still equipped however not giving stats.

speculation or have you actually tested?
If your slot expires the pendant equipped will remain equipped, but give no stats or effects. It's like having a shield equipped without holding a weapon. The shield remains, but doesn't give stats. Or holding an Ice lightning secondary shield, while changing to a Bishop (which i did on a mule ) the secondary item was still equipped and now i have more bishops.

Okay good lots are saying that. I dont want to keep extending the slot if I wont train. I am one of the few out there indeed xD

It still works because the pendant is still "equipped", it's just not available for the duration unless you renew.
If you buy your extra pendant slot before it expires it will extend the date. So you can still have both equipped
But isn't there a different type of pendant of the spirit? Would that work?
