New kind of dimension?

As you all know we can see in 3D.

There is 2D, like Maplestory or something plain.
There is 3D, like when we see stuff with our 2 eyes, but what if we shut one eye? What do you call that? It's like 3D, but in a way it isn't... When we watch with both eyes it's like 3D+ or something.

Just a thought I had.

With one eye closed, we actually see closer to 2D.
Our sense of depth becomes impaired, and thus, we loose a dimension of vision.

@Sjooberg Nothing really changes except it just shifts over depending on which eye I cover.
When i shut one eye, its the same thing as both eyes except my range of vision is shorter.
Imagine this:
You use one eye watching a bowl = |__________|
You use both eyes watching the same bowl = |____________| <-Result: This one becames a bit wider. (Barely visible)

And if you watch with both eyes while wearing glasses or having perfect vision, it's 3D+HD = (3+H)D zomfg
