there was a ring in the fm with a 2,000,000 attack buff, does it actually make you hit max, or give you that much attack?

How is it "fairly useless?" Yes we can all kill CHT with less than 2m range, but if you want quick exp (which is what he was implying) and a CHTP then yea that's great. You could also destroy PB super quick with it too and various other bosses. You could also use this ring to knock out a hefty chunk of Hp in endgame bosses and really help out the party. I mean a 2m range for 10 Sec could knock out 5-10% of a CRA boss's health, and since this ring has a 3 min CD you can use it like 6 or so times in CRA so that ring alone will take out huge amounts of HP for a single boss. This ring gives you what's called [i]burst damage[/i] which has a huge amount of utility. It's a pretty wicked item with incredible amounts of usefulness; only an idiot or godly soloer would turn it down.

If you knew what you are talking about I'd see you in the rankings for Tower of Oz. Copyright is one of the people I've seen on the top 10 ranking so he probably knows what he's talking about. As someone that also did Oz runs when it first came out, it takes no less than 100~300k range depending on your class to get to 43rd floor. Also the ring is extremely helpful if you have a good base range of 200~800k range ish and can make you solo things like Hard Mag or Empress.
@Copyrighted You can't get the ultimatum ring from the ring box unfortunately so you'd have to get the 2nd/1st grade box and get it from there

Ring is essentially useless. 10 seconds of 2-2m range won't help you kill any bosses for which you might need the ring. And it is entirely unobtainable without a range that is already much higher than 2-2m. A ring that made you hit cap damage would be better imo since having 2-2 range does not mean you will hit cap on anything.
