Explorer pirates.
I haven't been up to date on them though, so I have no idea if they're fun.
Explorer Pirates are the best mules, they have a beginner skill that grants them extra inv slots.
Paladin?
lots of moves, lightning, holy, fire, ice.
high def, so less potions use.
Look light a classic warrior fightin' monsters.
