MapleStory ruined my life
So I havn't played maplestory for 2 years now. I hopped on BasilMarket to tell you my experience with the whole game.
(Please note I will not reply to anyone. I just want to get this out of the way.)
I'm not sure if i'm the only one. But when I played MapleStory I always had trouble choosing a job. I was a priest for a while and always wanted to a dk.(I used to train with them at himes.) But I never made one.
Later when more jobs kept coming out and this problem became worse. I couldn't decide weather to make a bucaneer, or a corsair. And than more jobs came out. I couldn't decide weather to make a demon slayer, mercades, or canoneer.

Now this doesn't seem like a big deal but is. Right now i'm a webmaster.(If you know anything about SEO or websites, the niche is very important. Also the kind of website is also important.)
Right now, i'm having trouble deciding weather to make a blog or a forum. And even if I do finally decide, i'll have to choose a niche.(Niche is what the websites about. Example: Gaming, Coding,Hacking,Money Making)

I'm not certain if MapleStory caused this, I was bullied in school and i'm not very confident which could also be a reason. But if you a similar problem I suggest quitting now. You'll regret it.
I work with websites for a living and i'm constantly stressed because of all these decisions. These tiny decisions feel like life decisions to me.

just say "screw it, Im going in George W. Bush style" and pick a dam choice without looking.

LOL been 5 month only had u said 2 years ...man u must have bad sense of time
Also just because u couldn't choose a darn class to play doesn't mean its MS fault ( heck MS job choosing doesn't even matter much)
and its not maple COULD have its just your personality.
Use eeny, meeny, miny, mo. I have trouble deciding also, thats just what I do.

Either way this started a LONG time ago. I'm not sure if MapleStory caused this. I made a similar thread on other forums, people said many MapleStory players get this.

When i had announced to my friends i play maplestory... i had lost a few friends.
Some people had bullied me for not playing WoW.
If you haven't played maplestory in 2 years how could've you had trouble deciding whether you wanted to play a merc, DS, or cannoneer? Also, that's just a habit, it's not maple's fault.

They didn't come out 2 years ago, they came out about 9 months ago.
