I have failed 11 of the 50% scrolls in a row so far

I failed 9 90% potential scrolls when potentials first came out. I was pretty damn strong back in the day and that pretty much completely wiped away all of the gear I owned.

@skipperboss: GG! :[ you should try not using lucky day scrolls LOL when i tried it on my raccoon mask i failed 7 scrolls in a row using a lucky day and then i decided not to use a lucky day and they all passed. So Troll.

I failed 6 60% innocences in a row...

I failed 4 in a row, BUT my brother has worked 10 in a row.

I failed 2 90% pot scrolls..

@Worthyness my diligence was lv100 when i scrolled.

I scrolled my dagger with seven 50%. SIX OF THEM WORKED.

I've used 8 50% Unleashed Scrolls on my Baselard and 6 of them worked

I failed 5 50%s on my beryl heart the other day I think there was like a 3.125% chance of them either working or failing in a row...
I guess I'm pretty lucky...or unlucky.

I flipped 6 coins and called heads all 6 times. They all came up tails. Obviously my coin is rigged.

The thing people need to understand is that each scrolling attempt is a independent event. Past or previous scrolling attempts have no effect on the outcome of future scrolls.
Believing other wise is gambling fallacy. For example if I flip a coin and heads comes 10 times in a row doesn't mean that it will come heads again.

@skipperboss lol i know how you feel, i failed 8 in a row. Im pretty sure lucky day scrolls make things fail more because i tend to fail more things with lucky day scrolls on them. Also! yesterday I got mad and decided to just do the diligence trait. It took me about 14 hours to get from 17-100 using a mule to do the ores for me and to my surprise. That + Lucky Day helped me pass 7 in a row after i'd previously failed 8 in a row. You should really do your diligence attribute.

omg IKR. I was scrolling my loveless whip blade, and it was my first time attempting to perfet a weapon. i failed SO MANY 50% scrolls that I had to use a bunch of 60% innocence scrolls until one 50% scroll passed. luckily, 3 50% scrolls passed, and then the rest failed. I used 20% slates, and to my surprise, a lot of them passed. feeling as if my luck is starting to be better, I used the 50% scrolls. and then only 1 out of the rest passed... >.< and then i slated again, and most of them passed again o.o i literally passed more 20% slates than 50% scrolls... wtf

I worked 6/6 50% unleashed scrolls with lucky day scrolls.

Like others said, it seemed like 20% clean slates passed rather easy (on mules, so without diligence or lucky scrolls), while the 50% were failing often (and that's with +10% chance from diligence and +10% chance from lucky day scrolls :s). Would lucky day scrolls be rigged?

i thought the scroll increase chance worked like diligence does
10% chance would make it 10% of the scrolls base chance, meaning 50%->55%->60.5% with max dilligence+lucky day and not 70%[10+10%]

I passed 3 20% scrolls in a row that were sh**** scrolls and happened to have a 100% exploding chance, and failed 5 50%'s in a row.

Actually, if my calculations are correct, the odds of that occurring is approximately 16.2%.

I've been having extremely good luck with the 50%...

I passed 5/10 on my fafnir gun. then clean slated 5 slots, 5 50%'s worked in a row.

I find it to be a little rigged too. I tried ot make a 10 attack heart, and 1 worked, and 4 failed after. =/ I innocent scrolled my heart, and the same thing happened.

It is not rigged. You have to factor in that you can have bad luck. I passed 4 out of 9. That is about what is expected, about 50% worked.
The odds of what happened to you would be about 0.0064 though if you really wanted to know.

6/8 worked for me I don't think they're rigged.

I thought that lucky day scrolls increased success rate by 10%? Wouldn't that mean the 50% scrolls have a 55% success rate?

Still a 40% chance to fail. That 40% seems like nothing but it's still something.

Nothin is wrong, you must be extremely unlucky

Someone doesn't understand what 50% (or 60%) means.

Try flipping a coin.
(heck several times I got like tails 3 times in a row when I tried flipping for heads)

It's that sort of chance in a nutshell.

One of the reasons scrolling is like it is (besides luck VS gamblers falacy) is the fact that the random number generator it uses to decide the result CAN NOT be truly random (no RNG can ever be truly random due to the way computers work)

@skipperboss: Don't worry. It's just luck. I passed 9 50% (with Lucky Day scrolls) in a row when perfecting my weapon. When I was scrolling my heart, I only passed 5 50% scrolls out of 14. Although, I feel like there's something to do about the way you move your mouse. Call me crazy, but I think you have a higher chance if you move you mouse away from the button when it's scrolling.

i had 2 15%'s work IN A ROW and 6 50%s failed in a row... yeah i think it's rigged

Lucky day scrolls are like cursed or something.. I used around 4 lucky day scrolls to try to finish my heart to 25 atk.. all 4 failed with the 50%s. BUT when I didnt use lucky day scrolls, I passed them all LMFAO!. More like unlucky day scrolls =|

i made 2 25wa hearts easily while my friend failed 5/5 ;x

I've used two scrolls and both of them passed.
You can say I like to live on the edge.

I think the scrolling is fine, I don't see anything wrong with it so far I passed 3/6 on my heart and 6/11 on my katara, so nothing wrong there

I failed 6 in a row unleashed 50%s, but I used 25 clean slates.... None of them worked

Sample size is too small to make an accurate conclusion.
Gather information of 150-200 scrolls, then you might get a better idea of whether these scrolls are misleading
