Evo ring Phase Ii
Can the second ring be upgraded on a character that DID NOT do the phase one ring because the completion stamps will be missing from the first week. Ex: my xenon did the 1st phase ring all upgraded. 2nd phase my Da does it. Will i still be able to get the absolute ring in the end?
