Worth coming back?
Haven't played in a while and I just got really bored so should I download maple again? From what I remember I'm and below averagely funded NL with outdated equipment, so would there be any new ways to make fast money, or any new fun classes? I'm also just curios as to how this game is still alive.

Beyond the obvious...'if you want to play then play.'
Yeah, this is a pretty good time.
For all the crap I give Nexon about changing the game so much from when I liked it most (I wish they'd go back to the patch where they released 4th job...), this is actually a pretty good period of time. The GM's are more active, updates...where they used to be incredibly rare to the point where every release of new content was worthy of being hardcore long-term pinned to the top of a discussion thread (and it'd stay there 6 months out if the content was new map/boss related)...now it seems like every month has a release of in depth, new map, new boss, etc lvl of content.
So yeah. For all the crap the game gets and deserves (and frankly they deserves far more of it for a lot of the crap they've done) the game is in a relatively good place.
Sure, why not? There was just a hacker sweep, so you'll most likely be coming back to a cleaner Windia. pew pew

Now is a good time to return to maple, cause there's an event that lets you level a character really fast (3 levels every 1 level until 100) and an event that gives you decent level 100 gear (frozen set) and all classes can be created at the moment.
Up to you. I'd say play for personal goals. Fast money was hunting elite bosses. Other than that, don't expect to get great fast, it takes time.
