You should probably list your weakest equips or something, so we know what needs changing to get the most bang for your buck.

^ do this. If you look around the FM long enough you will find 3% tops and bottoms for less than 5m each. I even saw some for 1m each last week. 2 or 4% Belts and shoes are very cheap too. 6% earrings will cost you like 10m, or you can get 3% luk with +8 atk bonus pot for like 10-15m. I would advise getting a dagger with +atk pot too and just scroll it with 7 of the 100% +1 atk scrolls you can buy from NPCs. As some other people mentioned, monster park + alchemy to fuse the items is also a good way of getting mesos or % items. I have found and fused several 6% armors last year when I played often, and sold them for 200m+ each.

The Silent Crusade quests are also good since you can use crusader coins to buy a pendant, shoulder, and some other stuff I forgot. I'm not sure about capes and gloves though, but you should definitely participate in events with good items. You could have gotten the level 80 cape with 10 atk and like 15 all stats from the tempest event that ended not too long ago. And of course, participate in the hot time events. The 5 star enhancement scroll last week would have helped you get a decent weapon if it had worked. The epic potential scroll this weekend can help you make easy money if you get 6% or more of a stat.

So you don't have % luck, but doesn't each piece of the set cost like 30-50mil + the dagger which in my world is like 1bil + a dkhanjar which is also up there in the 100mils? I wouldn't really say that's unfunded.

CWKPQ and get khanjar. Craft your own top/bottom until 3% stats or better.

I'd say crafting and fusing is a good way to go. My friend would always loot items from Monster Park, Dragon Rider PQ boxes, etc, to fuse things with.

@TS It helps if you list your equips. Leveling up and maxing the passives should help your range as well.

I have about 8k clean at level 100 with equips I found from monster park (10 att overall), 4% luk von bon hat, and a self scrolled gold double knife (108 att + 12 att pot)

I have 3% luk on pants, shoes, cape, belt, shield, earrings, 2% luk on Thief Goggles, 1% all stat codex and 20 attack on Dragon Khanjar(fail scrolling). No link skills on this character.
You could probably do Monster Park to get thief equips with %luk potentials, that's how I got my pants, shoes and earrings. Craft accessories for %luk potentials.

I think my range was about that when I was your level.
Now I'm 167 and my range is like 12k-15k. The life of an unfunded shad.

I was prob around 5~7 or 6~8k range at your lvl.. but my dmg was pre-renegade (before the thief revamp).
I just had the legendary maple set from lv 8x to 16x haha.
