You're giving advice on posting and you're not taking any of it yourself. All your posts in this thread has been directed at @Green4EVER telling him how he's incorrect, you have yet to even contribute. Plus he isn't all that wrong, but it is more complicated than what he posted. Oh and you pretty much started the insults implying that his effort in contributing to help TS is futile.
IMO, the 2 sets aren't all that different. Both sets gives 2/3 of the primary stats needed on a xenon, same set effects, same bonuses, same attack on weapon. It really does depend on what stat you have more % on since %stat is based off base+stats from equips, unless it's dex.

@SleepyHobo: Must have been an outlier. Non-Thief empress capes dropped to 500 when Evo world came out, but shot way up after unleashed because Evo world stopped dropping and Empress became impossible. They evened out from Gachapon being updated and Marvel Machine.

Alright. I'm going to keep looking for a Raven Horn shoulder and xenon empress weapon but if I don't I'll have to switch to Shark Tooth.
