Previously, it was common to "perfect" a weapon with scrolls with similar stats, and these have a high percentage rate of passing so its pretty good.

When you fail the scroll your item doesn't explode 100% of the time.

Yes, cheaper and better way to scroll than 50% Pink scrolls that cost 300m~500m+.
