Scroll for shoes for Spikes
These scrolls drop from several of the lower leveled monsters in el nath. I was wondering if anyone can confirm whether or not they are affected by the level limit hindering drops, or if I would have to hunt for them on a lower leveled character. Let me know based upon experience please.

@SlovakHocky: Well to be honest there not the easiest item to come by, but its not impossible to get. A big spider familiar would probably help a bit.
Nah, you'll want that ice to move you around, it helps for mobbing like @ white fangs and what not, sorry for the off topic.
In my experience, It doesn't really drop commonly, I was at el nath the other day with like a level 50 sin training and got one maybe at around 600 kills.
Those scrolls are relatively rare, don't have a reliable chance of working (from what I remember), but also don't use up one of your scrolling chances.
I should warn you, however, that some classes should not bother "spiking" their shoes... one perfect example being Arans. Arans can move very well by doing something called "Combat Step Jumping", which allows them to increase movement by jumping during the ending slide of Combat Step to maintain momentum (a good CSJumper can make it look like a continuous motion and almost compete with Haste + Flash Jump). However, if the shoes they are using have spikes, even in a location that doesn't have ice, their traction becomes "tighter", reducing the slide of Combat Step so much that they are unable to CSJump properly.
Also, ice really only effects players in El Nath... so it's not a major issue.

Do you remember if they were relatively common?
