Help with Explorer Quest Line
I am stuck very early on in this quest line. I have a quest to bring Tree Medicine to "Sugar" the NPC. I visited her on maple island and all she says is, "Having fun?"
Is there another Sugar NPC that I am supposed to find? The quest page won't let me find her on the world map, and the world map says the first map on maple island is her only location.
What am I doing wrong?

There's one on Victoria Island
