my friend just bought two shoulders for thief... (maybe he will gidt me one )
he bought them for 500 ~ 600m in broa

empress now has a 7th set level, but if you mean the prior 6-set effect, then yes, you will still have the 6-item effect
max 1.5b, maybe closer to 1b now due to mass farming
it counts as a piece of the set so yes if u take out dagger and replace with shoulder u still keep the current effect
i saw some in bera for like 600m unsold
