I was hunting Snack Bars and I accidently skipped a channel (IDK if this the cause) i was waking up the sleeping Snack Bar till i heard the beam att come from further right of my screen. (Yes he is on left side by sleeping Snack Bar because I had used FATS so i can take a Screen shot of both).
This is not a Private Server and this happened before the current SC

but o well it was fun fighting both at once
It's because someone killed the Bar form of the first one, left/died/DC'd/got hacked/got banned, and then no one went there for 45minutes-1hour, causing the Snack Bar form to spawn again
