The WA nerf and NW nerf shouldn't even be considered a "nerf". They will both still be top tier bossers post-nerf.

No, it's just that they took ages to actually get to Blaze Wizard and Night Walker. There was more than a year in between the release of the first Cygnus revamp which revamped Dawn Warrior, Thunder Breaker, and Wind Archer, and the revamp for Blaze Wizard and Night Walker. So now we're all complete like CatRapst said.
They've all been revamped as of now.
