Can i get one of these on every one of my characters? Or only one.
Does anyone know for sure that it is given out on every character because i just made a jett and i didnt receive one...

Is there a level range in order to do Tots quests?

The icon is only for people lv 1-60 for anyone lv 61 and above you press the "-" key and he pops up. Click on replay to do all his quests and get all the cash rewards.
Are the quests for Tot's know how guide long?
i only got 1 tot's quest for my db, oh well ^.^
