Depends on luck really. You could also alternatively just buy 10% from fm, saving some coins.

It would just cost the empress gun. Everything else would be for free.
I think have a 106atk concerto hammered twice, the potential is kinda crappy i think (dont remember sorry cause i havent log in a while) 2L. 200m if you want, dont know the price also.

Just go for a clean empress gun and 60% it. Then use those 50% hammers and 60% the last 2 slots. Hope you get lucky!
any gun, around the 100-110 attack range.

What about a scrolled say concerto?
Empress gun is about the same atk as that unscrolled . So 250-350m in scania
