With the exp coupons being unable to be bought by level 200s
They never said that someone couldn't gift the exp coupon to a level 200+. Just said that a level 200+ can't buy it.
Someone with nx to spare should def try that and post results (:

Yea, I see lots of people talking about that, but I'm wondering if the gifting thing will work for non explorers
they'll probably make a block when you try it take it out on the lvl 200 char.
What if you purchase it on on an under-200 explorer and put it in the cs storage and retrieve it on your 200+ explorer :oooooooooooooooooooooo

I'm assuming they would have put it on their notice since they did go into detail about how level 200s+ not being able to buy it after the patch and how it'd still work if bought before the patch.
