I found that DIPQ was generally around the same speed as HoH with HS, as an attacker. 2x probably tilts the balance in favor of HoH, but the main reason I trained at HoH was the 10 DIPQ daily limit, which I maxed out in about 1.5 hours.

I'm wondering this too. I'm not sure where to go during 2x. DIMPQ or HoH? I'm afraid DIMPQ would be unplayable during 2x and by then it would be too late to get a HoH party...

@SnailStomper: In scania, plenty of people, just not every cc, some might even be at SH instead.
It might feel slow because you're used to 1-2 hit ko-ing them / end kill bonus exp
