i did blue pokeballs because if i didnt have the penguin, i should at least have them the same color as the penguins lol
.....and this was the first model that i took more seriously (if you counted all of my models, then this would be my.... third?)

I'm 100% sure that this was not your first attempt at a model.
Unless you spent weeks on it, not just one sitting.
I would know because I work in Cinema 4D and CS5 Photoshop and After Effects as well.

Great Balls are blue, but they have red bulges on them. I really like the look of just the regular pokeball but blue.

thanks for all of the comments . some mistakes (like what nlaran said) i knew were there but i didnt know how to fix
rendering took 1 hour / making everything took 1 1/2 days

Really nice for your first model! You should make the edges a little rounder, and make the materials a little bit glossier, that would make it even more realistic
