Mix scrolling Cra
So i got a couple CoG 50%s from marvel but not enough to completely scroll my gear. Would it be better to use them with return scrolls and guardians until i got, say at least +3 atk per scroll then finish with 30% spell traces? Or would it be better to just spell trace 30% it all the way

Why would you waste NX on return scrolls for a pathetic 3 att? If you're going to scroll your armor, either yolo CoG/trace, perfect trace, or perfect prime. Never use return scrolls unless you plan on making something like a 60 att hat.
30% trace, but CoG/iCoGs are also viable. There are also 30% CoGs in the FM sometimes as well as CoGs from events such as the attendance going on.
Depends if you want stat vs. att. Most people do stat because it's easier and most the time better but there are occasions where you want the attack, such as when you don't have a lot of % stat
