Tots Know How wait what?
So completed 9 of the Tot's Know-How quest but I haven't received anymore. I have a scroll bar, but I can't scroll down either.
Is anyone else having those problems and/or know how to fix it?

I know there are a few programs out there that can simulate a scroll wheel. I have never used them with MapleStory, but it might be something you can look into trying out if you are desperate.

The 9 I have are all completed. Apparently there's more but I can't scroll down on my mouse pad to see the others. Clicking the scroll bar doesn't work either.
