Innocence Scrolls wot

Can you use an innocence scroll on a clean under average equipment to make it average? Or does it need to be prescrolled in order to innocence it?

Innocence returns the item to its completely average stats. The game does not keep records of what that specific item was before it was scrolled.

So yes, you can use innocence on a clean under average item to make it average.

As far as i know, it does not make items change from below avg to average.

But if it does, that's pretty damn cool[/quote]

Im 99% sure, you can make clean below avg go to avg

No it returns it to average stats. I can vouch for that since I was given a 0 att Empress Mage cape and innocenced it and got 1 M. Att

No it does, I had a 1 above average sword I scrolled for fun without any protects and then wanted to perfect. So I innocenced and was shocked to find it became average.
