They're expensive because of medal anvils, just for good medal looks on mules / anvil a good medal from another person/char to the Corsage and you can anvil it to your untradeable medals.
Since it was (or still is) recently in gach, it's not too expensive so ~700m. Azaleas were like 200m in Broa last I checked.
They are really hard to sell. No one really buys them.
I'd go with anywhere in between 800m-1b
I have no idea why they are so expensive, as there are plenty of better medals.
You just have to take your time and find the right buyer.
