Inner Abilities
I don't mean to come off as a showoff - I do have 32% buff duration unique but I also have 147 miracle circulars. I don't know if I should use them because they're really tempting but I don't know if there's anything better so yea.
Help?

you can't use circulators on legendary inner abilities, you have to use to nx ones. I have legendary 11% boss on first line from before the patch, and after the patch i got +3 and +5 all stat for 2nd and 3rd line, tried to change it but wouldnt let me
I have 15 ATT, 5 LUK / 3 INT, 5 DEX / 3 INT as my Unique inner ability. Wondering if I should aim for boss dmg as an NL.
ATM, I have the inner abilities +7% buff duration, 15 all stats, and some crap line. I've got level 45 honor right now but I'm saving 500 circs (I've got 257 atm) to do another run hopefully for either boss damage, attack, attack speed, buff duration, or w/e inner abilities will be useful in giving me more damage output.

I got it before the new system, it was a S Ability and I haven't changed it because I'm afraid of it doing down and never coming back.
BUT, I'm losing 2 potentially better Abilities
I got that one to
then I used a regular circulator and it went down to epic skill, another took me back down to rare
I want +1 attack speed on my cannoneer

Should I keep 19% buff duration on Marksman?

32% buff duration is very good. It's the highest % I've ever got /seen.
I don't know shadowers but if you have a skill which lasts a short time, say a minute or less, and boosts your damage by a tonne, then you should keep it.

If you're a shadower, I think you can do better. I don't think Buff Duration is too needed for Shads? DBs benefit from it greatly, but Shads don't I think.
Try for attack, attack speed or boss damage, you have 100 circs left
keep it until you have at least 1000 circs LOL
