You can use 2 different potions but they can't be the same.

I don't think multiple exp effects that show up in your buff bar(Gold MPE potion, Exp accumulation pots, Family Rep) stack with each other, but i don't know for certain. As for the rest of them though, yes they do stack/

The EXP potion adds 10% so like depending on what your level is and monster
the potion would add extra exp for me in r&j it adds 638 exp soo

As for the first 4, yes, I wouldn't know about the EXP potion.
