Well without cable you'd be streaming it rather than watching it at the same time it's airing on tv, but another basiler told me about couchtuner.eu and I've been loving it ever since. There tends to be a few pop-up ads so you're fine if you have a pop-up blocker, but be prepared for ads if you use the site on a mobile device or something similar that doesn't have browser add-ons like that.

They just added the episode a minute or so ago, so you can start watching it now, but for most shows they actually add it an hour or 2 before it airs on tv, so it's not a bad site. Sometimes the videos do have issues though (just watched the new brooklyn nine-nine and the last 2 minutes of the video don't work), so you may have to wait for it to be fixed if that happens. Usually smooth sailing though lol.
