@chrisjohnson: Yea pretty sure thats it, most classes gain more hp/mp per lvl up then their beginner counterparts.
People have done it before with noblesse (since Nw and Bw were locked) but yes i do believe you lose out on a bit of hp/mp.
That makes sense. I would imagine the loss of HP/MP comes from which job you are; since Warriors gain more HP per level up than persay Mages. So maybe you'll be missing out on that HP gain that you would have gotten from level 10-81? -speculation-
? Nobody's cocky here.

I don't think anybody replied to your question because they never tried (?) to job advance a beginner so late in their levels. Normally people would just continue being a beginner if they were level 81.

Depends, if you put all your ap into hp then you will lose stats, i think there is an ap reset in shop. Also sorry about these people, they're to cocky to even answer a simple question...
Just keep it as a beginner. It's not hard to make another lvl 80 of a real class so just keep it as is.

Well I think the stat is there if you take any job advancement I forgot to do job advancement at the right time for few of my characters and they still had their stats so I think it will be there...? Don't quote me tho... I don't want to ruin your character

Not worth job advancing a beginner. It's really easy to get to 100+, getting a beginner there is more difficult.
