But I was doing monster park with a guildmate for fun and came across a red craven with a decent potential load out. Potential is +12 and +6 att. Bonus potential +3% att, +6 att and +6 dex. Probably not worth anything, just thought I'd check

well actually its +24 att without the 3% added and yes agent is correct, 46 att

The potential altogether gives 24 attack (12 + 6 +6), making it a 70 attack craven assuming it's average.
Red Craven base (average) attack is 46, +12 from the potentials is 58, not bad.
