I'm wondering if there are any bosses that drop this skill book, or if you just get them from MMB now. Also, how much do these books usually go for?

alas, you are in windia I've looked for the past week in the fm and found only 1 aca 30 book. Failed it like 6 times now
The actual Mastery books for those skills are quite cheap. Almost dirt cheap. I have like 2 ACA20s & an ACA30 on my Hero leftover from long ago that's literally been sitting in my inventory for over a year.
ACA 10 (skill book) drops from Zakum (rare chance), Hilla (semi-rare chance), Czak (common drop) and root abyss bosses (common drop)
ACA 20/30 (mastery books) can be bought in FM, or you can try your luck wiht mystery amstery books...
