So its the quest with the miracle cube at level 59
Tot gave me a pair of level 200 pants to cube but I cant cube it so I cant finish the quest
Any suggestions?

If you haven't done it yet, there's another know-how quest that will give you 3 magnifying glasses, use one of them to reveal the pot of the pants and then proceed with the quest.
There's only one option, and that's to cube it.
