Got it in first try on my dw at nlc and 2nd try on my DB at Hene.

I wasted 40k NX in Kerning to get Evan hair. Went to Henesys, and got it on my 2nd try.

Hair, eye, hair / eye colors, and skin are all perm. Also there are weekly/biweekly perm equips with every maitenance. (<-- Wtf how do you spell? I suddenly forgot)
