Extra Potential Line

According to the update highlights of [url=http://maplestory.nexon.net/news/updates/update-highlights/00FFS/v-118-champions-update-highlights]V.118[/url], they said there's an extra potential system and I did a little search, turns out this isn't new in [url=http://orangemushroom.wordpress.com/2012/07/25/kms-ver-1-2-167-protector-of-the-dragons-kaiser/#more-3582]KMS.[/url] Unless this is some sort of exclusive content like the nebulites, I believe we will get what KMS get, but earlier. For those of you that can't find it, scroll down pass the Youtube video of that kaiser statue. Why do you guys think? Can this be it? Or maybe something exclusive?
