I got one of them and got double exp while hunting dark drakes (normal: 179, EXP Egg: 358) and thought i would try it with trojans but still got normal exp. WTF?

Yeah, it's been glitched the last few times they had this event, and it's still glitched this time. They're useless since Gold Richie won't take them.
you can't use it, nexon messed up so the event doesn't even work, and normally you'd turn it to gold richie at the end of the gold pig map
Those are those "Hard Golden Eggs" or whatever, right? How do you use those?
