I have a dilemma
I have a tempest ring thats [b]already equipped[/b] on my NL. It is a 3l rare that gives +3% LUK. I just Epic PoTed another 3l, and it came out as a 3l epic that gives +12 LUK and +6% LUK. Should I sell this new ring, or equip onto my theif and eat the 30m or whatever i spent on the first tempest ring? (Just note, I'm not a very good merch and I wanted to use this opportunity to get more money before i drop below .5b)

Will that make the ring tradeable again?
EDIT: If I use the chaos scroll of goodness I get tommorrow on a new ring and it fails, should I fuse [b]that[/b] ring with the 3% ring? (On the site, it looked like it wont destroy item on failure)
i'd use it tbh because you're not getting a better ring anytime soon
