I see. Actually if it's the Additional Potential someone else mentioned, then that means it's 6 lines of pot because those can go to two lines. That's including Neb + 3 lined regular + 2 line additional.
It's a different type of line like Nebulites. I'm pretty sure it's the same as KMS' Additional Potential System. It's separate from the normal 2 -3 lines. Has it's own cube as well.
Unless Nexon America is really implementing a 4th line.

... Yeah, but there's a point when money-grabbing gets a little bit over the top. When almost every update involves NX or Cash Shop updates, then you know. This is especially for the people who can't get all the "godly" items. They're left in the dust to people who spend money.
