Can you make Dual Blade UAs now?
Hey, so i was walking around one day and i saw the blade master but he used eckhart's vampire if you can't make db UAs then is there and item or quest that gives you that skill? I'm really confused lol.

you can do the quests at lvl 70 to get Vampire on DB
