Legends Shop Clean Slate Scrolls
Just a quick question I would enjoy to have answered.
The Clean Slate Scrolls in the Legends Coin Shop do not state anything about having a chance to blow up an item like the regular ones do (Last I checked on the regular ones). Does this mean that those Clean Slate Scrolls will not have the change to blow up items upon failure of the scroll?
