i wonder why they keep changing hot time/day hours...and recently 2x too. it's annoying if ure european.
anyway i always use this http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc
Just google "Los Angeles Time" and then figure out how long is left from there.

12am is pretty much the same as 23:59 with a 1 minute difference.
