Rare items and potential
Ive been noticing that for some reason, rare items like CZak Helms, HTPs and CHTPs are SUPER hard to get 3 lines on o.o Theyre just always 2 lined! Ive gone through like 3 diferent CZaks myself and never came up 3 lined, and 3 lined of any of the above are really hard to find in the markets. Anyone else noticed this?
